If you believe your delivery is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, please notify us via phone or email on wicklane@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

At our discretion we will provide you with a replacement or refund depending on the nature of the enquiry.  We will require additional documentation, such as photos, for any products reported as damaged when received. Any faulty items must be returned to us. 

Please be advised that we do not refund or exchange for change of mind. 


Your privacy is very important to us, we may collect information from you when you visit this website if you voluntarily fill out one of our forms, or communicate with us via email.
